Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. As an LPC, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health services using a telehealth model, enabling our clients to access therapy from the comfort of their own homes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a proactive approach to fostering client relationships.

About the Organization

Integro Wellness & Therapy is committed to providing comprehensive mental health services to adults, children, and families in the Renton community and beyond. We focus on delivering care in the least restrictive environment possible, promoting healing and growth. Our organization takes pride in our collaborative approach, working closely with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care to enhance the breadth and quality of services offered, ensuring a holistic approach to mental wellness.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to connect with clients. The virtual work environment fosters a flexible schedule that allows counselors to balance their personal and professional lives effectively while prioritizing client-centered care. Our emphasis on innovation and supportive team dynamics ensures that all employees feel valued and are encouraged to contribute their insights and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional boundaries through ongoing communication.
  • Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss treatment goals, and facilitate successful discharges when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and patient-centered goals.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any relevant updates.
  • Perform intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment interventions.
  • Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure cohesive and effective care for clients.
  • Adopt a mindset geared towards continuous personal and professional growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice provides outpatient services to a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. We are particularly focused on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients can openly discuss their challenges and work towards enhanced emotional well-being. Our approach encompasses individual therapy, family dynamics, and community integration, aiming to empower clients on their journeys to recovery.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
  • Current, unrestricted LPC licensure in Washington State.
  • A minimum of one year of experience providing direct psychotherapy services in a clinical outpatient setting.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as RMS systems, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop tailored treatment protocols.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methods and interventions.
  • A background in trauma-informed care or working with underserved populations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Integro Wellness & Therapy employs a fee-for-service model, ensuring that clinicians receive guaranteed rates paid in advance of collections, eliminating financial delays. Additional benefits include:

  • W2 employment status, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as supplemental options.
  • A 401k retirement plan featuring company contributions.
  • Malpractice insurance coverage for all clinicians.
  • A robust Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for additional support.
  • Opportunities for professional development, including free CEUs on various mental health topics.
