Title: IT Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite Required - San Carlos, CA)
Duration: 1 Year
Rate: $ 60 - 70/hr
Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, risk identification, contingency plans, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate, and communicate project risks.
Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, design documents, test plans, and operational manuals.
Monitor, track, and control project outcomes to address issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Proven experience managing IT infrastructure projects, including cloud, networking, and telecommunications.
Strong knowledge of IT project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate across multiple teams and departments.
Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance with IT governance policies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
