Job Description
Position: Data Center Operations
Duration: 5 Months +
Location: Dublin, OH
(W2 Candidates Only)
 Responsibilities:
24x7 technical support for the centerÂ
4 * 10 hour, second shift rotation (1400 - 0100)Â
Server and network hardware installs and de-installsÂ
Perform cable site surveys and cable runsÂ
Address hardware troubleshooting needsÂ
Perform environmental monitoring within the CenterÂ
Ability to lift 30lbs and reach under sub-floor for installing or removing cables.Â
Good understanding of data center hardware and technologyÂ
Good understanding of facilities infrastructureÂ
Excellent troubleshooting skillsÂ
Excellent team and customer skillsÂ
PC skills including Microsoft OfficeÂ
Good written and verbal communications in EnglishÂ
Qualifications:Â
2-3 years in operations environmentÂ
Working knowledge of Generator, UPS, and HVAC systems.Â
Associates degree or higher
