About the Opportunity

A leading insurance organization is seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to manage auto property damage claims from initial investigation through resolution. Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate auto property damage claims
• Determine coverage, liability, and damages
• Negotiate settlements and authorize payments within authority limits
• Maintain accurate claim documentation and records
• Communicate with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders
• Manage a high-volume claim inventory in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-4 years of auto claims handling experience
• Experience with liability investigations and claim resolution
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment
• Guidewire experience is a plus
• Adjuster license preferred; licensing support available during onboarding
