Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Insurance Sales Agent to represent Globe Life Family Heritage Division. This is a full-time sales position for a proven insurance professional who is committed to consistently producing high NAP and growing a strong book of business.

The agent will help individuals, families, and employees understand and apply for insurance coverage designed to provide financial protection during unexpected life and health events.

Products You Will Sell

• Life Insurance
• Heart Attack and Stroke Insurance
• Cancer Insurance
• Accident Insurance
• Hospital Intensive Care Unit Insurance
• Other supplemental health insurance products offered through Globe Life Family Heritage Division

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals, families, business owners, and employees to assess their insurance needs.
• Present life and supplemental health insurance options clearly and professionally.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, business outreach, leads, and worksite enrollments.
• Build relationships with local businesses and employers to offer voluntary employee benefits.
• Complete insurance applications accurately and follow all company and state compliance requirements.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain consistent communication throughout the application process.
• Provide ongoing customer service to policyholders.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and detailed records of leads, appointments, applications, and sales.
• Work a consistent full-time schedule and remain available for client appointments.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly NAP production expectations.
• Maintain strong policy placement, retention, and professional conduct.

Required Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance Producer License in the state where you will conduct business.
• Florida residents must hold an active Florida 2-15 Health & Life Insurance Agent License.
• Prior insurance sales experience is required.
• Proven history of producing strong, consistent NAP.
• Ability and willingness to work full time.
• Strong prospecting, closing, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to attend in-person appointments when required.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to follow insurance regulations, company procedures, and ethical sales practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience selling life, health, supplemental health, voluntary benefits, or worksite insurance.
• Existing relationships with local businesses, employers, or community organizations.
• Experience conducting employee benefit presentations or enrollment meetings.
• Documented record of exceeding sales goals and maintaining high NAP production.
• Experience generating personal leads and referral-based business.

Performance Expectations

This is not an entry-level or part-time position. Candidates must be prepared to treat insurance sales as a full-time career, actively prospect each week, maintain a consistent appointment schedule, and produce high NAP.

Successful candidates will demonstrate urgency, accountability, persistence, professionalism, and the ability to close business consistently.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor, commission-based opportunity. Compensation is based on individual sales performance and applicable agent contract terms. Additional performance incentives may be available based on production and company qualifications.
