Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for generating new business, cross-selling existing clients, and building long-term relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Generate new personal lines insurance business through referrals, networking, and leads
  
• Quote and sell policies including:
  
  • Personal Auto
    
  • Homeowners
    
  • Condo
    
  • Renters
    
  • Flood
    
  • Umbrella
    
  • Motorcycle, Boat, and RV
    
• Cross-sell coverage to existing clients
  
• Review coverage and recommend appropriate protection
  
• Follow up on leads in a timely and professional manner
  
• Maintain accurate client records in agency management system
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  

Qualifications

• Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License (Required)
  
• 1+ year insurance sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Experience with Applied Epic, EZLynx, or similar systems is a plus
