We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to serve as a trusted resource for our Medicare clients — helping them understand their benefits, navigate plan options, and resolve issues with confidence.
Experience in Medicare or health insurance is a plus but not a dealbreaker - MUST have some form of customer service experience. If you bring a coachable, growth-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help people, we will give you everything you need to succeed. What You'll Do:
- Handle client inquiries via phone and email regarding Medicare plans, benefits, billing, and claims
- Assist clients with enrollment updates, plan changes, and coverage questions
- Maintain accurate and organized records within our CRM system
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and professional communication in every interaction
- Partner with agents to support client satisfaction and long-term retention
What You'll Bring:

- 4-40 license preferred, but not required — we will help the right candidate get there
