Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work-life balance while remaining an integral part of our community clinic. You will work closely with a diverse team of mental health professionals, ensuring a collaborative approach to treatment that prioritizes holistic care. Although you will be primarily working from a home office, regular virtual meetings and team huddles will be conducted to discuss patient progress and share insights. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, employing methodologies appropriate for both individuals and families.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions, ensuring the therapeutic goals align with client aspirations.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, utilizing various techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other relevant modalities to address presenting issues.
• Collaborate with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to build strong support networks and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client care, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Identify and engage community resources to support client needs outside of therapy, making referrals as necessary.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, active LMFT license in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Experience working in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environment is essential.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy in a clinical or community setting are highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will also be advantageous in managing client care efficiently in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Inspiration Point Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
