Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that align with individual client goals and therapeutic preferences.
  • Providing individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care, ensuring all aspects of mental health services are addressed.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Participating in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance treatment offerings.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMHC will focus on a diverse client population, including individuals facing common mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and mood disorders. Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
