Description:

Infotrend is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to support the development of winning proposals for federal government contracts. This key role involves supporting the entire proposal process, from initial opportunity review to final submission. The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for leading RFI responses, proposal templates and outlines, maintenance of the proposal library, and numerous other essentials items for the proposal process. The ideal candidate will be driven, have an enthusiasm for details and organization, experience or interest in the federal contracting with a Shipley or Lohfeld inspired proposal process, leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities. Interest in developing into a Proposal Manager or in GovCon Marketing a bonus. Fully Remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and oversee the schedule and development of compelling sources sought, market research, and request for information responses to federal government requests.
  • Provides Full Professional Support to the AVP of Proposals and Growth during Capture and Active Proposals. This may include but is not limited to:
  • Various Pre-RFP work with Capture Leads,
  • Scheduling calendar events,
  • Template and Outline Creation,
  • Creation and Development of Teams, SharePoint, and other tooling sites as needed,
  • Teams and SharePoint Site Management,
  • Support of Pricing Efforts including:
  • Creation of LOE Template,
  • Leads LOE meetings as needed,
  • Supporting the Pricing Lead,
  • Ownership of assigned volumes and / or lead writer on assigned volumes. i.e., Past Performance Volume, Resumes, etc.
  • And any other Proposal needs that may arise.
  • Provides Full Professional Support to the AVP of Proposals and Growth during Post Submission activities including:
  • Management of Proposal Library,
  • Managing and Updating Templates,
  • Coordination of Proposal Tracking Data,
  • Teams and SharePoint Site Management,
  • Ad Hoc Projects,
  • and any other tasks needed by AVP of Proposals.

Possible Additional Responsibilities

  • Assistance with Corporate Wide and Growth Specific Marketing Actions
  • Assistance Crafting and Collection information for Company Wide Quarterly Newsletter
  • Assistance Crafting and Collection information for Program Manager developed White Papers
  • Assistance with any other Tasks the Fall Under the Proposals, Growth Strategy, or Marketing Verticals
Requirements:

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, Sales or Marketing, Business, Leadership, Economics, or related field.
  • 1 – 3+ years of experience in proposal development, preferably in Federal Contracting, Information Technology, or Consulting industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with strong initiative on being a self-starter and taking initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • U.S. Citizen
  • This role demands flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure timely proposal submissions.

The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
