Office Manager – $24–$28/hour

We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Office Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations across Infinity Capital and its subsidiary companies.

This is a hands-on, varied position that combines customer service, accounting, sales support, marketing, and general administration. You’ll work closely with management and our team, interact directly with customers, and have the opportunity to improve systems and processes that keep our businesses running smoothly.

This is not a narrowly defined corporate position. The right person will have the freedom to solve problems, take ownership of responsibilities, and see the direct results of their work.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate customer service and day-to-day office operations
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Assist with payroll and general accounting
• Maintain inventory records and prepare sales tax filings and reports
• Assist with sales, marketing, and social media
• Maintain organized records and administrative systems
• Develop and improve processes to increase efficiency
• Help resolve day-to-day operational issues as they arise
• Work closely with management and team members across our companies

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in office management, accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role
• Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details
• Good judgment and practical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small team
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
• Comfort learning new systems and improving existing processes

This position is especially well suited to someone who wants to be an important part of a small, growing business rather than one person in a large corporate department.

Compensation & Benefits

• $24–$28 per hour, based on experience
• $400 per month medical reimbursement toward health insurance or a health-sharing plan
• Overtime pay at time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40 per week
• Additional holiday pay when working on recognized holidays
• 7 paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
• 3 paid volunteer days per year to give back to the community
• 1–3 weeks of paid time off, based on tenure
