Job description

Start your advisory career at 50% of everything you produce — a rate the industry’s training programs take four to five years to reach — and build a book with your name on it from the first client.

The Offer

50% payout from day one — on every dollar of advisory revenue you generate, at every household size. Traditional programs begin near 10% and mature over five years; you start where they finish.

Paid quarterly, 100% vested — calculated on collected advisory fees, paid quarterly in arrears on the firm’s billing cycle. No deferred compensation, no vesting schedule.

A book that is yours — every relationship you develop builds a book of business you own and grow. Firm-sourced relationships carry a simple one-year non-solicitation commitment after departure — there is no non-compete in our agreement.

A defined path up — advancement to the senior grid is earned by the book of business you build, not by years served.

Independent structure — a 1099 independent contractor role with production-based compensation and no ceiling. This role rewards builders; we will be straightforward with every candidate about what the first year of building a book of business takes.

The Role

Junior Advisors do the real work of becoming an advisor from day one — with the safety net of a defined process and direct mentorship rather than a classroom. You prospect, you sit in client meetings, you learn the firm’s investment approach deeply enough to explain it, and you build a book of business with your name on it.

Prospect consistently — outreach, networking, community presence, and follow-through, every week

Learn the firm’s twelve strategies and discretionary investment process well enough to present them with confidence

Support senior client relationships: preparation, reviews, service items, and planning legwork

Develop and serve your own client relationships as your book grows

Keep disciplined records in the CRM and work within the firm’s compliance and supervision framework

Progress through licensing and Tennessee continuing-education requirements on schedule

We are direct about the expectation: this role rewards consistent activity. Advisors who prospect daily build books; the 50% payout makes every bit of that effort pay you, not a training program.

How We Set You Up

Mentorship from the top

Direct development with our founder and Chief Investment Officer — client meetings, portfolio reviews, and the craft of advising, learned in the room.

A brand behind your outreach

The firm’s active content engine and niche positioning give your prospecting a credible, visible story from the first call — you build the relationships; the brand backs you up.

The full platform

The same twelve-strategy investment engine, Altruist custody, CRM, and Music Row office our senior advisors use.

Licensing support

We guide you through Series 65 registration and Tennessee requirements and cover your annual continuing-education costs.

Who Thrives Here

Series 65 obtained or in progress — we support strong candidates through licensing

Genuine interest in markets and investing, and the discipline to learn a research-driven process

The drive to prospect, network, and build — this career is earned, and we make the earning worth it

Integrity first: a fiduciary standard is a mindset before it is a rule
