IncredivendTM is seeking a full-time Kiosk Support Assistant to join our operations team in Walled Lake, MI. As the creator of the Skittles® Remix Digital Kiosk, we are expanding our nationwide fleet and need a service-oriented professional to help maintain our growing network.

In this role, you will monitor daily sales and errors, track kiosk activity, and coordinate service needs with field personnel and venues. Key responsibilities include providing direction to customers to resolve technical issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting order fulfillment to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Please note that this position requires working from home one weekend per month on a rotating schedule to monitor the fleet.

Qualified candidates should have:

- 2+ years of customer service experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

- The ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
