As a rapidly growing organization, we are looking for talented staff members to join our team.Divine Counseling, LLC are seeking one qualified Psychiatristto provide clinical oversight of our programs. You are able to create your own flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Provide ongoing mental health counseling and support to patients in both clinic and hospital settings.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver care remotely as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and primary care providers.
• Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring patient safety and appropriate interventions.
• Participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in psychiatry and behavioral health.

Experience

• Board certification in Psychiatry is required.
• Experience in pediatric psychiatry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in telehealth services is a plus.
• Strong background in mental health counseling, crisis management, and medical documentation is essential.
• Previous experience working in a clinic or hospital setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Pay: $90.00 - $110.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours a week
