Job description

Inside & Outside Sales for Vehicle Technology Solutions

We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join the InAuto team! Working remotely with company-provided tools, you will prospect new dealership and fleet accounts, grow your own sales pipeline, and sell InAuto's suite of vehicle location solutions. NO CAP ON SALES COMMISSION. 

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell InAuto's product lineup including wired, long-life wireless, and extended-life wireless tracking devices, as well as a branded consumer mobile app to new and existing dealership and small fleet customers
  • Prospect and contact 40-50 potential customers per day via outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Identify and develop relationships with franchise dealers, independent dealerships, and small fleet operators
  • Educate customers on the value of vehicle location, lot management, and maintenance alert solutions for their specific operation
  • Conduct virtual product demos showcasing vehicle tracking, geofencing, and theft recovery capabilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and support existing accounts to drive retention and upsell opportunities
  • Set and maintain follow-up appointments to keep customers engaged with new developments and product updates
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous phone-based experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Experience in automotive, GPS, telematics, or F&I technology sales is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (pipeline management, logging activity, forecasting)
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with dealership principals, GMs, and F&I managers
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
