We are building a world-class leadership team capable of scaling multiple companies simultaneously. The Head of Product will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision across every business within the Impact Scale portfolio.

Position Summary

The Head of Product owns the product strategy, roadmap, and execution across Impact Scale and all subsidiaries. This leader is responsible for identifying opportunities, validating ideas, prioritizing development, and delivering products that create measurable business value.

This is not a product management role inside a single software company. It is a portfolio leadership position overseeing multiple products, internal systems, AI initiatives, automation tools, customer experiences, and new technology opportunities across several businesses.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution, understands both technology and business, and thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Vision Strategy

• Own the long-term product vision across all Impact Scale companies.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.

• Identify new product opportunities, market trends, and emerging technologies.

• Evaluate AI, automation, and software opportunities that improve efficiency or generate revenue.

• Ensure every product directly supports business growth and profitability.

Product Development

• Lead the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch.

• Define product requirements and detailed specifications.

• Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, customer impact, and strategic value.

• Work closely with engineering, design, data, and operations throughout development.

• Remove roadblocks and keep projects moving at a high velocity.

Customer Market Research

• Develop a deep understanding of customers across every business.

• Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product performance.

• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities.

• Validate assumptions before committing development resources.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

• Translate business goals into actionable product initiatives.

• Drive alignment between departments.

• Create clear communication around priorities and timelines.

Product Operations

• Build and improve the product development process.

• Establish documentation standards, sprint planning, and release processes.

• Implement KPIs and dashboards for product performance.

• Create repeatable systems that allow multiple products to scale simultaneously.

Innovation

• Champion AI adoption throughout the organization.

• Explore new technologies that create competitive advantages.

• Continuously improve internal workflows through automation.

• Encourage experimentation while maintaining disciplined execution.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Product organization.

• Recruit, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Product Owners as the company grows.

• Foster a culture of ownership, speed, accountability, and innovation.

• Set clear goals and performance expectations.

• Hold the team accountable for measurable outcomes.

QualificationsRequired

• 5+ years in Product Management or Product Leadership.

• Experience leading multiple products simultaneously.

• Proven success taking products from concept to launch.

• Strong understanding of software development processes.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, Lead Generation, or Performance Marketing.

• Experience implementing AI into products and operations.

• Familiarity with agile product development.

• Experience managing distributed teams.

• Experience scaling products in high-growth companies.

• Strong understanding of analytics and experimentation.
