Impact Learning & Development Behavioral Health is seeking dedicated, licensed mental health therapists to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the individual needs of clients, accurately identifying issues and potential areas for growth.
• Create tailored treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic interventions for effective outcomes, continuously updating these plans based on progress.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including trauma-related disorders, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health challenges.
• Maintain highest standards of documentation, ensuring that all client records are organized and compliant with professional regulations.
• Collaborate with peers in interdisciplinary teams during case conferences to enhance treatment strategies, share insights, and ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily target adults and adolescents facing diverse mental health challenges. Many clients seek therapy for managing the effects of trauma, stress-related disorders, relationship difficulties, and behavioral health concerns. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through their healing processes and equipping them with essential coping skills. The diversity of our client base provides a unique experience for therapists to apply various therapeutic modalities, expanding their skill sets.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Valid and active licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• A minimum of two years of practical experience in therapy and case management is required, demonstrating the ability to manage client files and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both in written documentation and verbal interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with CBT, ABA, or other evidence-based therapeutic approaches is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly in telehealth environments.
• Prior involvement with trauma-informed care practices.
• Skills in running group therapy sessions are a plus, as they contribute to community-building among clients.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 117,000 annually, commensurate with your skills and experience.
