Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, offering great flexibility for therapists to manage their schedules while maintaining seamless communication with clients and team members. As part of an outpatient office, you’ll be equipped with advanced digital tools for telehealth sessions, ensuring that therapy remains accessible to all clients, regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Provide engaging and effective therapy in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance client progress.
• Support clients dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral health challenges by utilizing therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines, ensuring that all client records are up-to-date and professionally managed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families struggling with various mental health issues. You will be instrumental in providing a supportive environment that fosters healing and empowers clients to overcome their challenges and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California.
• A minimum of two years of experience in therapy and case management within a clinical setting is essential.
• Strong documentation abilities and effective communication skills are necessary for success in this position.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), or similar evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems will be advantageous.
• A background in crisis intervention and working with diverse populations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
