Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health to understand strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices specifically aligning with each client’s goals.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients facing an array of challenges, from PTSD and anxiety to depression and relationship issues.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation to track client progress, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Engage in case management as needed, coordinating with other mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and community resources.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The successful candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health issues and socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $117,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
