Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Insurance Agent at Impact Insurance Partners. The Insurance Agent will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their coverage needs, explain policy options, and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations via phone and online meetings, generating quotes, processing applications, and managing policy changes and renewals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in agency systems, following up on leads, and supporting clients with claims-related questions. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with team members, adhere to regulatory and company standards, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with the ability to match client needs to appropriate products.
• Experience in Insurance Brokerage and understanding of multiple carriers and coverage options.
• Knowledge of Finance concepts related to risk management, premiums, and policy structures.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
• Relevant state insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe).
• Ability to work remotely with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfort with using CRM software, digital communication tools, and basic office applications.
• Prior experience in an insurance, financial services, or client-facing sales role is beneficial.
