The University Relations Specialist will report to the University Relations Manager within the Human Resources department and will include the following responsibilities:
Assist with registering employees for events, coaching attendees, and distributing event materials at events
Help facilitate the appropriate diverse selection of recruiters/team members attending Career Fairs/Campus Events
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure attendees have all the necessary events information
Update and manage career fair and events tracker and internal campus recruiting landing page
Research, identify, develop and maintain relationships with career service representatives, diverse on campus student groups, faculty and other key stakeholders.
Plan and execute campus events for recruitment and relationship building (i.e.,information sessions, resume review, mock interviewing, etc.)
Assist with developing and maintaining outreach communications for newly identified university and external partners (i.e., career service representatives, key faculty, club leaders and other key stakeholders, diversity organizations)
Research, identify, develop and maintain relationships with external campus organizations and partners keeping diversity and inclusion top of mind
Assist with compiling the year-end results summary to HR leadership
Bachelor's degree
1-3 years of work experience, preferably in campus recruitment or program coordinator
Strong attention to detail; very organized
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to plan and organize effectively
Knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications
