Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

The RoleIT Impact Consulting is placing an Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant with a client in Newark, NJ. The role requires strong implementation experience across Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor. Local candidates only; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.
Why This Role- Lead or support full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations and post-go-live optimization
- Configure and validate payroll elements, costing, balances, and payroll flows
- Implement and configure Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules
- Conduct functional design workshops, CRP sessions, and user acceptance testing
- Produce functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
- Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation experience, including at least one full-lifecycle deployment
- Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules
- Ability to configure payroll elements, costing rules, balance definitions, and payroll flow templates
- Experience conducting gap analysis, fit/gap workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with HR and Finance stakeholders
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred; experience with Oracle Fast Formulas a plus
- Local to Newark, NJ - hybrid presence required (3 days/week onsite)
