IPG Workforce Solutions is currently partnering with a well established and growing heavy civil construction organization seeking an experienced Senior Estimator / Project Manager to support complex infrastructure projects across Southern Ontario.

This is a high impact opportunity for a civil construction professional with strong estimating experience who understands the full lifecycle of heavy civil projects from tender through execution and closeout.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of estimating experience within heavy civil construction and strong exposure to projects involving:

• Earthworks

• Sewer and watermain

• Road reconstruction and rehabilitation

• Bridge construction

• Demolition and site remediation

This role is highly focused on estimating and project execution, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys owning projects from pre construction through delivery while working closely with consultants, subcontractors, field teams, and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate tenders, estimates, and quotations

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project risks in detail

• Managing budgets, schedules, and project execution

• Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and operations teams

• Supporting successful project delivery while maintaining profitability and timelines

Candidates without strong heavy civil estimating experience will likely not align with the requirements of this position.
