#J-18808-LjbffrAs the General Manager of our Boutique Fitness Studio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is integral to our mission of providing a welcoming and motivating environment for our clients to achieve their fitness goals. You will lead a dedicated team, manage business operations, and drive the studio's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of studio operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement business strategies to increase member engagement and retention.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive studio culture that aligns with our values.
- Manage marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain studio cleanliness.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
