• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when tracking service requests, work orders, and follow-ups
• A friendly, respectful, and service-oriented approach when assisting residents and interacting on the property
• Motivation driven by completing tasks efficiently, resolving issues quickly, and supporting resident satisfaction
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily assignments and meet deadlines
• The ability to multitask and remain flexible in an active, hands-on property environment
• Comfort communicating clearly and professionally with residents from diverse backgrounds
• A team-focused mindset with a willingness to support onsite staff and help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-run community
• Welcome prospects and provide engaging community tours
• Showcase apartment homes and highlight the unique benefits of living at Indus Communities
• Convert qualified prospects into happy residents
• Process lease applications and assist with applicant screening
• Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals
• Build positive relationships with residents and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and community events
• Conduct apartment inspections and help maintain community standards
• Partner with maintenance and management teams to deliver an exceptional resident experience
