Recruiting a Family Medicine physician due to outpatient growth and an upcoming retirement. This is an excellent transition into practice for residents seeking stability, mentorship, and manageable schedule.
Position Overview
Outpatient only Family Medicine, Four-day workweek, Approximate hours 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Monticello Rural Health Clinic, Optional Quickcare role within the same clinic,
Family Medicine volume: 15 to 20 patients per day
Visit Lengths
• New patients: 45 minutes
• Follow ups: 30 minutes
• Quickcare visits: 15 minutes
Compensation and Benefits
• Salary $250,000 to $300,000
• RVU and quality bonus
• Sign on and relocation available
• 29 days paid time off
• $6,000 CME allowance
• Licensing fees covered
• Tuition repayment available

• 401k with 150 percent match
Clinical Scope
• Pediatrics adults and geriatrics

Joint injections, Suturing, and stapling,
