Company Description IBB is a globally integrated third-generation jewelry design and distribution company with over 50 years of experience in the industry. We are based in Sunrise, Florida and have offices in NewYork, London and a factory in Bangkok, Thailand. IBB works with national retailers and our own brands to design and manufacture jewelry for both

private-label and direct to consumer points of sales.

Role Description The Product Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sunrise, FL. This role focuses on assisting the product development process by entering products, specifications and pricing into the Company's ERP (computer) system, reviewing and tracking samples, communicating with production facilities and assisting the merchandising team with preparing samples for customer presentations. You will be working in the Company's merchandising department with opportunities to grow within the Company in product development department.

• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain positive, long-term relationships.
• Interest in jewelry and the product development process.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunrise, FL and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Proficiency with common business software tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Previous experience in a product-focused is preferred.

Salary: $18 - $22 depending upon experience.
