What You’ll Be Contributing:

• Develop and continuously refine the ONE HYPERTEC corporate narrative, connecting Hypertec’s full solution and services portfolio into one clear market story.
• Define how the organization is positioned within the market and against competitors.
• Build a messaging architecture that connects all business units into one unified company story while complementing BU-specific marketing priorities.
• Ensure messaging reflects the company's vision, strategy, values, and market differentiation.
• Define how Hypertec’s end-to-end solutions, services, platforms, and capabilities come together to solve customer challenges at the enterprise level.

Messaging Framework

• Develop corporate messaging frameworks that guide marketing, sales, and executive communications.
• Establish messaging standards that enable Business Unit Marketing teams to align their product messaging with the broader corporate narrative.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Translate corporate strategy into compelling business narratives for internal and external audiences.

Thought Leadership Strategy

• Develop the company's thought leadership strategy.
• Identify strategic industry themes and topics that reinforce the company's expertise and market leadership.
• Collaborate with Business Unit leaders and subject matter experts to shape executive content and strategic perspectives.
• Provide the messaging direction for thought leadership initiatives, while partnering with the Marketing Services team on content development and execution.
• Help execute Hypertec’s AI marketing strategy by translating AI capabilities, customer value propositions, and innovation priorities into compelling market-facing messaging.
• Partner with BU Marketing, Product, Sales, and executive stakeholders to identify AI-related themes, proof points, use cases, and customer stories that support Hypertec’s market positioning.
• Support the development of AI-focused campaigns, thought leadership, executive presentations, website content, partner messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Ensure AI messaging is integrated into the broader ONE HYPERTEC narrative and reinforces the company’s differentiated value across infrastructure, services, solutions, and innovation.

What Sets You Apart:

• 8-12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in corporate marketing, strategic marketing, product marketing, or brand strategy.
• Proven success developing market positioning and messaging frameworks in a multi-business or technology environment.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership teams.
