FULL TIME | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
PAY: $50,000-$63,000 annually (Hourly position)

Overview
Huskey Building Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Window Specialist to manage quoting, ordering, and coordination of window and door projects. This is a fast-paced environment where accuracy, communication, and problem-solving are critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Window & Door Specialist Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes using vendor and company systems
  • Manage window and door orders from entry through delivery
  • Communicate updates and resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate with sales, installation, warehouse, and vendors
  • Troubleshoot service and project challenges
  • Support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement

Window & Door Specialist Qualifications

  • Experience in building materials, millwork, windows/doors, or construction preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with ERP systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Window & Door Specialist Additional Requirements

  • In-person role (no remote work)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen
