Executive Recruiter


Ainsley Search Group is hiring a Executive Recruiter to join our growing team in the Mid-West Region. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full cycle of recruiting processes and sales process based on clients’ hiring requirements.

About The Opportunity


  • Identifying and screening candidates based off client hiring criteria, providing the highest level of service to both the job seekers and the clients.
  • Able to conduct cold calls to candidates and clients, ability to lead prospecting process with potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a book of business as well as manage client accounts, ability to lead full cycle of sales process with clients
  • Understanding the candidate's career aspirations, professional/personal goals, experience, and how they best match various client needs, ability to present value-base career opportunities to candidates.
  • Utilizing internal tools, job boards, Boolean search technique, social media, and networking events to grow your professional network with both candidates and clients.
  • Building and managing relationships with key decision-makers at a local and national level, ability to establish trust-based business relationship with clients.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required.
  • Proven experience working in a contingent search firm, retained search firm as Full Desk Recruiter.
  • A motivated, determined, and business-orientated mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong hunter’s mentality, competitive and a must-win mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and strong negotiation and closing skills.
