About the Role:

As a Machine Operator at Hugo Benzing LLC, you will play a crucial role in the production process by ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain various types of production machinery, including press machines and mold machines, to meet production targets. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of the output, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with production machinery and tools, including CNC machines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical certification in machine operation or a related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on assembly line processes.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery, including press machines and mold machines, according to specifications.
• Monitor machinery during operation to ensure optimal performance and quality of output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime.
• Utilize tools such as micrometers and deburring equipment to ensure precision in production.
