Administrative Assistant: McHenry, Illinois
Our customer in McHenry, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Administrative Assistants to work full-time on 1st shift. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily office operations through communication, document handling, and customer interaction.
 
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
  • Answer phones and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Track orders and provide status updates as needed.
  • Email operations and communicate effectively.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks.
  • Organize and file paperwork.
 
Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Prior office or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable working with computers, email, and basic office software.
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
 
Pay for Administrative Assistant: $20-$25/hour.
