Howell's Kitchen & Bar is seeking experienced Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences.

We're a neighborhood restaurant and bar serving shareable snacks, artisan pizzas and salads, and tavern classics. Our world-famous patio, lively atmosphere, and strong guest following make Howell's a destination for great food, craft cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for dependable, hospitality-driven bartenders who understand that great bartending is about more than making drinks—it's about creating connections, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and guest engagement
• Learn menu offerings and confidently make recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Support servers and fellow bartenders during busy shifts
• Follow all responsible alcohol service standards

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant required
• Strong cocktail, wine, and beer knowledge preferred
• Hospitality-focused personality
• Team-player mentality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

• Full flexibility strongly preferred
• Weekend availability is required
• Day, evening, and holiday availability may be required
