Looking for a fun, dynamic, and rewarding opportunity? Hot Lava Bakery is hiring a Food Truck Crew Member to join our Hot Lava Empanadas Food Truck team at Silvermoon Brewing in Bend, OR! We’re a small, professional, and agile business based in Sunriver, OR, with a passion for baking delicious South American empanadas and delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you’re an experienced cook or just starting out, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As a Food Truck Crew Member, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Opening and/or closing the food truck. - Baking our signature empanadas to perfection. - Serving pastries and crafting espresso drinks. - Providing excellent customer service with a smile. - Using POS systems to process orders accurately. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Ensuring all food safety and quality standards are met.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Here’s what we value: - Experience: Previous experience in food preparation or baking is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person! - Skills: Familiarity with culinary practices and food safety standards is a plus. - Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
