Title: Director of Administration

Location: Fargo, ND (hybrid — mix of remote + in‑person)

Type: Full‑time

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 starting salary (based on experience) + bonus potential + benefits

About Us:

Hospitality Management & Integration (HMI) manages 5+ restaurants across multiple brands. We’re seeking a detail-oriented, financially savvy Director of Administration who can keep our systems sharp and our numbers clean—so leadership can focus on growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process invoices, manage vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records with our accounting partner, Continuserv — including a bi-weekly payment run and FTP invoice uploads.
  • Coordinate bi-weekly payroll and employee onboarding through Workstream and Toast, including timecard verification, deductions, and compliance.
  • Manage HR records, PTO tracking, benefits administration, garnishments, and HR compliance.
  • Deliver daily operations report (sales, guest feedback, labor, and COGS) along with monthly and quarterly reporting that drives leadership decision-making.
  • Support hiring for Store Manager roles, including reviewing applicants and conducting initial phone or video screenings.
  • Serve as a key point of contact across our restaurant operators and our accounting partner, helping keep financial reporting and administrative processes on track.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, HR, accounting, or administrative leadership. (or equivalent combination)
  • Strong financial understanding – you know how invoices flow into P&Ls.
  • High comfort and proficiency with AI & Microsoft Suite. (Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
  • Organized, detail-driven and proactive communicator.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Growth-minded – interested in future leadership and opportunities.

program led directly by leadership, followed by a 90-day onboarding and support
