What You'll Do

As an Alcohol & Drug Trainee (ADT) or Higher Credential, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals as they work toward recovery and wellness. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate and professional care to clients.
- Supporting individuals in understanding and overcoming substance use challenges.
- Collaborating with team members to create and implement effective care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Upholding the values and mission of Homes4Hope LLC in every interaction.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are ready to bring their dedication and empathy to this important role. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- A current Alcohol & Drug Trainee (ADT) certification or higher credential.
- A genuine desire to help others and a strong sense of compassion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to professionalism and ethical practices.
- No prior experience is required—just your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
