We are seeking a Receptionist / Property Management professional to oversee the direct management of assigned residential properties. This role aims to maximize asset value, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase revenue through effective property oversight and strong tenant relations. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will work within a small team to ensure smooth property operations with occasional onsite property inspections.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and tenant communication efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up resolutions
• Administer lease agreements and related documentation
• Collect rent payments and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and submit regular property management reports
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and visitors
• Bilingual Spanish & English

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in property management
• High School Diploma or equivalent
