In year 1 earn between $22-$28* per hour on average (with tips included). Wages go higher from there based on tenure and proficiency.

*Base wage of $16.27/hour plus tips through a tip pool system. Tips are shared across the team and added to your hourly pay

Key Responsibilities:

-Welcome guests with friendly, genuine hospitality.

-Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to company standards.

-Serve pastries, package bakery items, and answer guest questions about products.

-Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions.

-Restock displays, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.

-Deliver food to guests accurately.

-Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to ensure tables are ready for incoming guests.

-Maintain a clean, organized cafe, pastry case, and service area.

-Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

-Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace is a shared team responsibility.

-Support teammates and assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements

Qualifications:

-Customer service or cafe experience preferred.

-Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

-Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

-Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
