Hilton Garden Inn Kalispell is seeking an experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team. This position requires availability during nights, holidays, and weekends to ensure exceptional guest service around the clock.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments using hotel management software.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Adhere to all Hilton Garden Inn policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
