Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity - Texas Hill Country
Base Salary: $280,000 | Outpatient | Excellent Quality of Life
A growing, community-focused health system in the Texas Hill Country is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice. This opportunity offers the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while enjoying a balanced lifestyle in one of the most scenic regions of Texas.
Position Highlights
  • Established outpatient Internal Medicine clinic
  • Adult primary care with focus on continuity of care
  • Manage chronic conditions and provide preventative and wellness-focused care
  • Strong referral network and experienced clinical support staff
  • Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility
  • Collegial, physician-friendly environment that values collaboration
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $280,000
  • Sign-on Bonus: TBD
  • Relocation Assistance: Up to TBD
  • 25 Days Paid Time Off
  • 6 Paid Holidays
  • $5,000 CME Allowance
  • 40 Hours Paid CME Leave
  • $1,000 Annual Professional Membership Allowance
