We have a @180 unit apartment community in North Dallas (Northwest Hwy & US 75) and are looking for an EXPERIENCED HVAC certified / apartment Make Ready Tech

Pay: $21 to $25 per hour based on experience.

Essential Job Functions Include But Not Limited To:

Maintain & repair individual HVAC units s required

• Prepare and make ready apartment homes for rental. (no painting or floor installation as these are done by outside contractors).

• Maintain accurate records of all preventative maintenance, service requests and make-ready status.

• **General Maintenance** Make repairs in areas such as MINOR electrical, plumbing, pool, Painting, carpentry, dry wall, building interiors and exteriors, and appliances. **General Maintenance**:  SWIMMING POOL CERTIFIED WOULD ALSO HELP BUT NOT ESSENTIAL!

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends and on-call emergencies. Once a month

• At least Two to Three (3) years' experience in multifamily property maintenance preferred.

• Neat, clean, professional at all times throughout the workday and/or whenever present at the community.

• Successfully pass drug test.

•Must be able to pass a background check with no Felonies.
