Job description

Overview
Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC based Software Developer to join a new team supporting Department of Transportation. This role will design systems and architecture within an enterprise program management office. You will be responsible for development activity on the team. Join us as a fellow employee owner!
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the design/plan/execution of the ITS JPO EPMO Hub development activity.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years experience in designing systems, debugging, code reviews, and architectural decisions.
  • Proficiency in Angular, C#, .NET, SQL, HTML, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and Less technologies.
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science
