Duties
- Assist in marketing wholesale, novation, subject-to, seller finance, and other investment opportunities to qualified buyers.
- Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, landlords, and real estate professionals.
- Schedule and coordinate buyer walkthroughs and property inspections.
- Communicate with buyers throughout the transaction process to ensure timely closings.
- Verify buyer qualifications, proof of funds, and earnest money deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of buyer activity and transaction updates within the company CRM.
- Coordinate with Acquisitions, Transaction Coordination, and Leadership to ensure smooth communication between all parties.
- Help prepare property marketing materials, buyer emails, and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in resolving issues that may delay or prevent a successful closing.
- Participate in daily team meetings, coaching sessions, role-play, and ongoing sales training.
- Continuously grow and manage the company's buyer database through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Learn High Visions Real Estate's disposition process with the goal of advancing into a Dispositions Manager position.
