You'll be part of a collaborative finance team supporting a rapidly growing public company with exposure to international operations, multiple entities, and modern financial systems while building your career in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

   Process PO and non-PO invoices, payment requests, and bank transactions. Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and documentation. Execute EFT, ACH, wire, cheque, and international payments. Support domestic and international banking activities. Prepare month-end accruals and assist with financial close. Reconcile supplier statements, bank accounts, and AP balances. Investigate payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries. Prepare AP aging reports and monitor outstanding items. Support audits, internal controls, and process improvements. Collaborate with operations, vendors, banks, and finance teams.

Qualifications

   Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience. Multi-entity and multi-currency experience. International banking experience is an asset. Experience with Sage X3, Concur, or similar ERP/AP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge of GL coding, PO/non-PO processing, accruals, and reconciliations.
