Driving Instructor

We are seeking a patient, safety-focused, and dependable Driving Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will teach students how to drive confidently, follow traffic laws, and develop safe driving habits for life. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a calm and professional manner, and a strong commitment to road safety.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver behind-the-wheel instruction to students of varying experience levels

·       Teach traffic laws, good driving techniques, and safe vehicle operation

·       Assess student performance and adapt lessons to individual learning needs

·       Prepare students for the road tests through practical coaching and feedback

·       Maintain accurate lesson records, progress notes.

·       Inspect training vehicles regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness

·       Promote confidence, responsibility, and safe decision-making on the road

Qualifications

·       Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

·       Current certification or license to work as a Driving Instructor.

·       Strong knowledge of traffic laws and road safety standards

·       Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

·       Patience, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

·       Ability to work with new, nervous, and diverse learners

·       Previous teaching, training, or customer service experience is a plus

Work Schedule and Compensation

This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, depending on the customer. Compensation is competitive and may be based on experience, certifications, and lesson volume.
