High End Detail is a premium automotive appearance and protection company specializing in window tinting, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, detailing, and other high end automotive services.

This position is designed to provide a hands on exposure to sales, marketing, customer relations, and business operations while helping candidates develop valuable skills for their future careers.

The Job Role:

High End Detail is seeking a motivated and professional Sales, Marketing & Client Experience Intern to support our sales, front desk, customer service, and marketing operations.

You will work directly with customers, respond to incoming leads, help turn inquiries into appointments, and assists with creating content that grows the High End Detail brand on platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate confidently, take initiative, and bring energy and creativity to the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Relations:

• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing customers in person, by phone, text, and social media
• Learn our services, packages, and pricing to confidently assist customers
• Provide basic estimates and help convert inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Follow up with leads and identify opportunities for additional services
• Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience

Front Desk & Operations:

• Welcome customers and respond to incoming calls, messages, and inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Maintain organized customer and appointment information
• Assist with customer follow-up and daily business operations

Marketing & Social Media:

• Create and capture professional photo and video content
• Assist with Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts, and other short-form content
• Develop creative ideas that showcase High End Detail’s services and brand
• Support social media engagement, promotions, and marketing campaigns
• Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation

Preferred Qualifications:

High End Detail is especially interested in current college students and recent graduates studying or interested in marketing, sales, business, communications, or related fields.

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Previous social media, marketing, or content creation experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable creating photo and video content
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital platforms
• Professional, dependable, creative, and eager to learn
• Automotive experience is a plus but not required
