Roles and responsibilities in this position are: 

• Cleaning swimming pools and spas.  
• Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas. 
• Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs. 
• Openings and closing pools and spas. 
• Assisting with services, projects, and repairs.  
• Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.  
• Managing and operating your own maintenance truck 
• Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations. 
• Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner. 
• Comply with all company policies and regulations. 
• Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility. 
• Other duties as assigned.

• Prior experience in pool and spa cleaning, maintenance, or a related field preferred, including basic knowledge of pool chemistry.

• Ability to inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform regular outdoor, hands-on work.

• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently while managing daily routes.
