Job Overview
Wilson Heating amp; Air Conditioning is always looking for skilled and motivated HVAC Technicians to join our team! This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in installation, service, or both. You’ll work directly with residential and/or light commercial systems to deliver dependable comfort solutions while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
  • Perform system inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and service details
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with local codes and manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Collaborate with team members and support a positive company culture

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of HVAC installation or service experience preferred
  • EPA certification required
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods
