Job description

About the Role:
Heaths Maintenance LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL. This is a hands-on role where you'll keep commercial properties running smoothly and looking their best. If you take pride in your craft and love variety in your workday, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on commercial building systems and equipment
  • Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct painting and preventive maintenance as required
  • Monitor building systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of proven experience in commercial building maintenance or a related trade
  • Ability to operate a pressure washer and leaf blower
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks at heights or in confined spaces
