Position Overview

Healthactions Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in Highland Park, New Jersey. This role offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment

This onsite position will see you working closely with a diverse group of patients within our rehabilitation facility. The environment is dynamic and demands collaboration, as you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nursing staff, and other therapists. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive examinations and evaluations of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific functional limitations and disabilities.
  • Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and incorporate input from patients and their families into the process.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities, treatment progress, and billing information, in compliance with established regulations.
  • Engage in continuous communication with physicians, referral sources, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
  • Participate in educational outreach efforts, community events, and quality improvement initiatives, enhancing the visibility of our services and fostering relationships within the community.
  • Supervise and mentor support staff, providing guidance and fostering professional development for those under your leadership.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Healthactions Physical Therapy, you will interact with a broad spectrum of patients, from athletes recovering from injuries to elderly clients managing chronic conditions. Your assessments and interventions will directly impact their rehabilitation and recovery trajectories, ensuring they receive the tailored support they need to regain independence.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
  • State Licensure in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
